Melanie Hammett

Christchurch painter Melanie Hammett has been painting professionally since 1998 and exhibits her work nationally. She describes herself as an intuitive artist with a fascination with light and form. Melanie studied practical art to fine arts level and then alongside an established artist for 3 years.  She believes painting is like a journey, destination unknown, and an evolution of ideas.
